1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing opportunitywatchco.com (the "Site") or subscribing to the Opportunity Watch Club (the "Club"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Opportunity Watch Co. ("OWC") provides a proprietary Market Intelligence Feed and suite of data tools designed for watch collectors and resellers. This includes:
- Active Deal Feed:Curated lists of high-potential watch inventory.
- Personalized Profit Calculator:A tool allowing users to input custom variables (e.g., credit card points, shipping overhead) to estimate net profit on specific watch models.
- Market Reports:Data-driven insights into historical and current watch sales values.
3. Membership Fees and Promotional Benefits
Subscription Fees: Fees paid for the Opportunity Watch Club are exclusively for access to the Market Intelligence Feed and software tools.
No Wagering: No portion of the membership fee constitutes a "bet," "wager," or "consideration" for entry into OWC Sweepstakes.
Promotional Entries: As a no-cost promotional benefit of membership, active subscribers may receive automated entries into OWC Sweepstakes. These entries have no cash value and cannot be purchased separately from the data service.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Subscription Access: Because our service provides immediate access to proprietary market data and tools, all membership fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has processed.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard at opportunitywatchco.com/dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing; however, you will retain access to the tools until the end of your current paid period.
5. User Data & Personalization
User Inputs: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you input into the Profit Calculator (e.g., your specific tax rates or shipping costs).
Market Data Accuracy: While OWC strives for accuracy, we do not guarantee the real-time precision of third-party market data (e.g., eBay or Chrono24 sale values). Users are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before making any purchase.
6. Prohibited Use & Anti-Automation
Account Sharing: Membership is for individual use only. Sharing login credentials to the Intelligence Feed is strictly prohibited.
Automation: The use of bots, scrapers, or automated "bulk" mailing services to generate Unique Request Codes (URCs) or submit sweepstakes entries is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination without a refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
OWC is not a financial advisor. The Market Intelligence Feed is for informational purposes only. OWC shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred from watch purchases or resale attempts made using our data tools.
