1. Sponsor and Eligibility

The sponsor of this Giveaway is Opportunity Watch Co. ("OWC"), located in Amherst, NH. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Geographic Restrictions: Participation in drawings for prizes with an Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") exceeding $5,000 ("Hero Draws") is limited to residents of states where such promotions do not require separate state-level bonding or registration. Residents of New York and Florida are ineligible for Hero Draws unless otherwise specified. All other "Volume Pool" drawings are open to residents of all 50 states.

2. Promotional Periods and Weekly Drawing Schedule

OWC conducts recurring weekly promotional periods.

The Weekly Cycle: Each Giveaway Period begins on Monday at 12:00 AM ET and concludes on Sunday at 11:59 PM ET (the "Weekly Deadline").

The Drawing: Selection of winners will occur on the Monday or Tuesday following the Weekly Deadline.

Volume Drawings: OWC utilizes a dynamic prize scaling model to maintain a 1-in-200 probability ratio based on total entries.

3. Methods of Entry

All entries, regardless of the method of entry, have Equal Dignity and an equal chance of winning.

Method 1: Subscription-Based Entry (Automatic)

Active subscribers to the Opportunity Watch Club receive automated entries into every active weekly Giveaway Period as a promotional benefit of their membership.

  • Insider Tier: 100 Entries per week.
  • Pro Tier: 250 Entries per week.
  • Founding Member Tier: 500 Entries per week.

Multipliers: During designated promotional windows, automated entries may be subject to a multiplier (e.g., 40x).

Method 2: Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE / Mail-In)

To receive 100 entries into an active weekly Giveaway Period without a purchase, an entrant must:

  1. Request a Code: Visit opportunitywatchco.com/dashboard and complete a Human Verification Check to generate a Unique Request Code (URC).
    URC Format: The URC is a unique, 20-character alphanumeric identifier.
  2. Prepare Request: Hand-write your name, return address, account email, the URC exactly as it appears, and the Weekly Keyword on a standard #10 envelope or postcard.
  3. Submit via Mail: Mail to: OWC | ATTN: Sweepstakes Processing | #1004, 124 Route 101A Suite 13, Amherst, NH 03031.

Verification Requirements:

  • Each request must be mailed in a separate outer envelope.
  • Requests must be postmarked within twenty-four (24) hours of the URC generation timestamp.
  • Requests must be physically received by OWC no later than the Weekly Deadline (Sunday) to be eligible for that week's drawing. Requests received after the Weekly Deadline will roll over into the following week's drawing.

Handwriting Requirement: Any transcription errors in the 20-character URC, illegible handwriting, or use of third-party mailing/automation services (e.g., Lob) will result in the entry being void.

4. Prize Options & Cash Alternative

Winners may elect a Cash Alternative in lieu of a watch prize.

  • Value: The Cash Alternative is valued at 80% of the prize's ARV.
  • Selection: Selection must be confirmed within 72 hours of notification via the User Portal.

5. Winner Selection and Tax Obligations

Winners are selected via a Verifiable Random Function (VRF). Winners of prizes (physical or cash) with a value exceeding $2,000 must provide a valid government ID and a completed Form W-9. For prizes exceeding $5,000, OWC will perform federal tax withholding as required by law.

6. General Terms

Membership fees are paid solely for access to OWC's Market Intelligence Feed and data tools. Sweepstakes entries are a no-cost promotional incentive.
